Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and local carrier first. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
